JOB SUMMARY The purpose of the role is to efficiently and effectively manage your own desk and team of care workers in the Healthcare sector of Pinpoint. Recruitment will be the main focus of the role and communication is key. The company will expect consultants to build relationships with clients and understand their requirements as a care provider which will enable a good service KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Building own database of clients and contacts. - Involved with the marketing department to devise job adverts. - Placing adverts in relevant market journals and publications, job boards and local press. - Receiving and reading through the CVs that job seekers have sent in to the recruitment agency. - Conducting telephone pre-screening with prospective candidates. - Arranging interviews with candidates who have been short listed for a position. - Screening, testing and assessing candidates. - Doing background checks and verifying the references, work experience and academic qualifications of applicants. - Arranging of Induction of compliant candidate - Making sure all note of any relevance are updated onto booking system - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel - Maintaining relationships with registered candidates - Keeping the internal booking system up to date with all candidate availability, unavailability, holiday requests, sickness etc - Monitor and manage candidates resource capacity requirements to meet branch and customer need - Complete regular supervisions with candidates within your remit- making sure relevant documentation is complete and system updated - Complete regular Quality Assurance to clients regarding candidates placed. - Maintaining relationships with client base for ad hoc cover & temp to perm roles - Booking of shifts onto the internal booking system and placing of candidates accordingly - Communication to be kept constant between yourselves, client & candidate - Completion of weekly payroll for all booking plans - Input of assignments upon external booking systems - Achieve monthly and weekly KPIs - Cold calling companies to generate more business for the recruitment agency. - Attending meetings with clients at their offices, both existing & potential. - Completion of all background checks & file implementation of new clients - Attending job fairs on the company`s behalf, standing at a staff and talking with graduates and job seekers - Attending network events and using marketing to attract suitable and potential candidates. - Participate in the branch On Call rota
