One team healthcare services deliver recruitment services to the health care sector our aim is to provide our clients with high quality staff. We are looking for somebody to join our team who is passionate about the end users of healthcare services. The candidate will be motivated, goal orientated, innovative and care about our clients, candidates, and colleagues equally. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator/ Consultant in our Bristol branch to drive the branch forward by recruiting highly skilled and experienced candidates to support our s clients but also work to highlight new opportunities to add to our client portfolio. The Role Reporting to our business Manager, as a recruitment administrator you will assist the clients to fill both temporary and permanent placements. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment cycle. A typical day will involve new business development, covering shifts , screening and interviewing of candidates and general office administration. The successful candidate will Ideally have recruitment experience • Have previous sales experience with proven results • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of recruitment • Have the ability to develop and maintain both client and candidate relationships • Be focused, driven, target orientated, ambitious and have a desire to reach the top • Be adaptable, hardworking, committed to clients and candidates • Be outgoing and professional, with a good sense of humour • Possess organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads • Be self-motivated and tenacious • Be I.T literate with working knowledge of Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn in house systems • Have ability to remain calm when under pressure
