Recruitment Consultant £17,000 to £24,000 per annum Permanent Coventry The role Concur Engineering is an up and coming engineering specialist recruitment consultancy. As a Recruitment Consultant at Concur Engineering you will face a fresh new challenge on a daily basis. Are you an ambitions and career driven individual looking to work for an expanding engineering recruitment company that will support you with uncapped progression. Through our continued expansion and growth we are now looking to appoint an additional Engineering Recruitment Consultant to assist us in developing our market presence and profitability. The appointed Engineering Consultant will be responsible for placing Engineering and Technical staff. Whilst you will benefit from the opportunity to service business from our existing client base it is equally important that you are able to secure new business through your own sales strategy and the development of long term client relationships. The Candidate The appointed individual will be expected to integrate and demonstrate the value within the team therefore it is likely that the individual will have a minimum of 12 months proven recruitment experience. It is preferable that the candidate has had exposure within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or related Technical sectors, however, candidates from alternative recruitment market sectors will be given equal consideration.
