Education recruitment consultant **Immediate start **Salary negotiable – plus a GREAT commission structure **Full time 8am – 6pm **Permeant **Location – Stratford (East London) **Previous experience is vital – NO DEGREE REQUIRED **Must be motivated by money and the ability to climb the ladder quickly We are currently on a search for an outstanding, vibrant and hardworking education recruitment consultant to join our Stratford office immediately, working full time and based on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a desk, predominantly focusing on filling placements with an area within London and sourcing anything from Nursery Nurses, Teaching assistants, Teachers and SLT staff within primary and secondary schools. Responsibilities • Establishing a candidate network through referrals, headhunting and other sources • Becoming an expert on your market, a point of reference for your clients. • Meeting senior clients to understand their requirements. • Developing existing client relationships. • Creating new relationships with your own client group. • Qualifying candidates for specific requirements. • Offer management through to successful completion About: Think Teach is an Educational Recruitment agency that specialises in long-term and permanent recruitment for newly experienced and qualified teachers, support/admin staff and teaching assistants within Nurseries, Primary and Secondary schools, and Colleges across London and Essex. We provide a fully consultative approach service with honesty and a trusted service whilst listening to your needs to meet your requirements to both schools and candidates. The ideal candidate will have the following: • Great sales skills – telephone manner and within person • At least 1 years’ experience working as an education recruitment consultant • Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal • Be able to work within a fast-past environment • Experience in Education Recruitment would be advantageous but not a must • Persistent and hard working • Able to think outside the box to help find the right candidates • Strong level of enthusiasm and initiative- Has the desire to succeed • A genuine interest in the recruitment industry- Ideally, a university graduate • Education industry knowledge, but not essential • Must be motivated and keen • Must have a positive attitude Benefits • GREAT commission structure • Three-week training programme • Mentored by a Senior Consultant • Monthly outings with the group • Rewarded well when hit targets or above Please note, we are only able to respond to candidates who have the required experience.
