Additional benefits: Holidays - 28 days Health care plan (post probation) Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -• Develop positive relationships with temporary workers -• Support Branch in increasing its market share within the local area -• Support fellow colleagues as and when required and in the best interests of the business -• Attending training courses as required to increase skill levels -• Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the company system -• Canvassing for new business (Temporary & Permanent) - Manage the candidate attraction process -• Manage the candidate journey - Attend meetings with clients where appropriate - Negotiation of rates/fees with clients -• Achievement of set weekly/monthly/annual targets & KPI'’s -• Maintaining account profitability and acceptable margin levels -• Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual client support and liaison -• Ensure client service levels and standards of service are met and exceeded at all times -• Ensure that all Employment laws, regulations and Compliance requirements are met at all times - Liaise with workers regarding their bookings and ensure that they are fully briefed prior to attending clients premises -• Handling queries from workers regarding any assignment or payroll queries Company Information: Established in 1979, First Personnel Group ltd is a privately owned company, whose success has been built upon being the first preference in delivering innovative recruitment solutions in their chosen markets.
