The main roles of a recruiter are as follows; • Source and headhunt suitable candidates for roles. • Build a strong network of candidates and clients. • Match candidates together with clients based on experience and needs. • Win and develop new business through networking. • Utilise job boards and other internet based search tools. • Working on the US market The ideal candidate for this role would be; • Candidate needs to be open to working US hours • If Candidate does not obtain a degree, they need to have prior sales experience • Graduates need to be open to working in sales environment • Candidates need to be target driven and self-motivated • Candidates need to be able to work as part of a team and be able to take direction. • Be local to our offices in Horley, Crawley or Sheffield Whatever your situation we are looking for motivated and ambitious employees.
