Recruitment Consultant Progress Recruitment is a market leading specialist recruitment company that works closely with companies within the medical device, pharmaceutical, dental, scientific, life science and associated industries. We provide a range of recruitment solutions (Contingency, Managed Agency, Headhunt etc) to identify the best candidates for sales, marketing, clinical and engineering vacancies. We are currently looking for a dynamic, motivated, sales professional to join our Windsor based team. • £20-30K Basic Neg + Excellent Commission (OTE £50k+ year one) Role Working closely with existing members of our experienced recruitment team you will be involved in all aspects of recruitment – from new business pitches and introductory approaches to potential clients, through to candidate attraction, interview and briefing to salary negotiation and closing successful outcomes for both clients and applicants. You will be involved in delivering best in class recruitment solutions and further developing the market leading reputation we hold. Our fantastic offices in Windsor (sitting on the Thames) are full of energy and we offer every tools and resources possible to ensure everyone in our team succeeds!
