Recruitment Consultant Worcester (or home based depending on how you work with us) Circa £42,000 (completely open-ended) – flexible working options. Since 1989 AES has been providing innovative recruitment consultancy services, specialising in delivering to a small select client base; we are in the quality not quantity market. The role of a recruitment consultant at AES is all about communicating with Clients / Candidates to establish their needs and deliver a solution that exceeds their expectations. AES is in the permanent recruitment sector and our consultants are encouraged to forge high quality, long term relationships with key customers regardless of industry sector. It is much easier to develop existing customers than it is to keep going out and finding new ones! We are looking for established recruitment consultants or proactive sales people to join us either as office based employee’s or as home based independent recruitment consultants (you can still come to the office as often as you want). Regardless of how you work with AES you will receive excellent training (if you need it) in working as a 360 degree consultant. As well as this you will get all the tools and databases you would expect to have access to as a professional consultant.
