Recruitment Consultant About us SEP Professional Services is part of a multi-faceted collection of like-minded businesses whose primary aim is to provide engineering solutions to Industrial clients. We are experts in providing high quality services to clients with complex project and operational needs. Due to continued growth SEP Professional Services are now seeking to appoint a full-time Recruitment Consultant to lead the company’s continued recruitment programme. Job Summary This role would ideally suit a highly motivated and driven individual that has a solid track record in finding high quality resources for placement within industrial business sectors such as: Pharmaceutical, Food & Drink, Aerospace and Petrochemical. The role has two fundamental components that need to be fulfilled: 1. Recruit individuals to support SEP Professional Services live projects 2. Development of our existing Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) business by working closely with industrial clients to fulfil their specific resource requirements The successful candidate will need to be capable of creating strong client relationships. You will bring with you a strong client network and be able to ‘hit the ground running’ in terms of finding and placing the best resources. Typical Duties will include: - negotiating contracts - headhunting resources for internal and external requirements - interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies - screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview - organising interviews and selection events - making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies - helping applicants to prepare for interviews - building relationships with clients - Administration - Establishing effective toolkit and developing appropriate policies and procedures - Ensuring candidate skill set and qualifications are up to date - Building a database of skilled resources Skills & Experience: The successful candidate will be experienced and successful in recruiting the best talent in the above sectors, they will have excellent planning & organisation skills be target focused and a good team player.
