Recruitment Consultant. Experienced Account Manager / New Business Development / Sales professional required. Exciting times are happening at Wagstaff Recruitment. We have out grown our current office and we’ll soon be moving (just down the road in the centre of Lichfield) to a much bigger home with all new furniture and kit. We are in a period of growth and development and so we are looking to grow our team in response. We are seeking two experienced individuals who have proven experience in sales, account development or technical sales. We are not necessarily looking for previous recruitment experience. In our current team of eight, there is only one member with previous recruitment experience and that is our founding director. We believe in hiring for core competencies and skills and we can teach the world of recruitment! Core skills and competencies required: * Ability to work in a target orientated environment, be driven by results and accountability. * Have excellent customer service and client relationship skills. * Excellent communication skills, you must be comfortable to pick up the telephone and have detailed conversations with our clients and candidates. Our clients businesses are in the manufacturing or automated distribution sectors. * Be a great listener, be genuinely curious to find out more about peoples skill and desires for a new job. You would be working for Stuart Cooper who is an experienced Recruiter but also a trained engineer (he has a great reputation in the business, his clients loves his detail and technical knowledge). We also have team members from all sorts of backgrounds, estate agency, coffee sales and the VAT office! We are a hardworking team, commercially aware and driven to deliver excellent results.
