Kare Plus Mansfield are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly and outgoing team on a permanent basis. As a Consultant you will provide a vital communication link between clients and candidates. You will be responsible for using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business and new clients whilst developing existing ones. You will attract new candidates and match them to temporary positions within various high quality nursing and healthcare establishments in and around the Mansfield area. In addition you will be responsible for taking the on call phone, drafting role specific adverts, negotiating contracts, head hunting, screening and interviewing candidates and conducting background checks to ensure all of our employees are fully compliant with relevant healthcare regulations. Working alongside the Recruitment Resourcer and reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will have ambition to not only achieve but exceed targets. The Successful candidate will need to be proactive, confident, self motivated with lots of ambition and possess a high level of customer service skills. The ability to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships with our clients is also key. Experience of recruitment within the healthcare profession and your own transport for travelling to client meetings, is desirable.
