Due to expanding their reach into hot new markets in recent years and, as they continue this exciting period of growth, they are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join the hugely successful Team. A Sales Executive will benefit from one of the best bonus structures in the industry, offering the chance to earn up to 50% commission on top of a whole range of exciting incentives that include team events, trips away and individual prizes! The Role Working as B2B Sales Executive, you will be primarily responsible for winning new business opportunities; prospecting over the phone, email and via various social media channels. You will develop your own pipeline, identifying a number of leads which you will manage using their bespoke database system. You will proactively form relationships with prospective clients and identify opportunities to promote the company service offering. In addition to winning new business, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure growth of these accounts by delivering winning pitches and presentations. The Required Skills and Experience The successful B2B Sales Executive will be ambitious, money hungry, assertive, intelligent and eager to earn significant commission! You will have a proven track record of success in a previous B2B sales position and be able to provide examples of sales performance. Additionally, you will demonstrate competencies in research, prospecting, negotiation, closing, client services and CRM management. Knowledge of Marketing, IT and/or eCommerce would be of great interest. This role requires an organised and methodical approach in order to stay on top of your day and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must be confident in communicating to a very high standard in both written and verbal form. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level but attitude is most important so you must be driven, self motivated and energetic and, above all, tenacious and positive.
