We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join our expanding Contract team as a Recruitment Consultant at our office in Leeds. The role of a Recruitment Consultant: * Business Development; you will be expected to introduce and develop new relationships, generating job vacancies with new accounts and advising them on market trends * Sourcing and liaising with relevant candidates within the sector to fill the vacancies through advertising and networking * Acting as a mediator when negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure a sale - the placement of your candidate * Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle including finding candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process * Achieving challenging sales targets; this is a KPI driven industry and you will be heavily targeted and measured against these targets on a consistent basis The successful candidates will have: * Previous B2B sales experience in any sector, with proven results * A strong understanding of a full sales cycle and the ambition and resilience required in a sales role * Excellent communication skills; in written correspondence, over the phone and in person * The ability to work autonomously – you will need to manage and monitor your own progress to ensure success * The desire to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment * A strong motivation to provide a first-class service for clients and candidates alike If you are interested in finding out more about working for ATA Recruitment, or wish to have a confidential exploratory conversation then contact us today.
