Recruitment Consultant. Are you an experienced sales person? Previous Recruitment Consultant experience or from a Telesales background? Working out of there flagship Birmingham office in a Team of 6 you will be meeting clients and candidates on a face-to-face basis and over the telephone. Good communications skill is essential for the role. The week will be split into canvassing clients / candidates over the phone and Head office meeting. This is no boring office role, you will be out meeting people on a weekly basis There is potential to progress to Manager within this role, so you must have the ability to mentor, coach and problem solve. We are not just after a Recruitment Consultant. We are after a potential future Manager.
