Due to continued growth we currently require an experienced Catering and Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Bookachef was born through a shared frustration of the historical issues when engaging with agencies to recruit temporary or relief chefs Our mission is to eliminate the mismanagement and give full transparency to the client and chef. Our customers select the chef that best suits the needs of their kitchen on our innovative online booking service. Our website shows the chefs employment history, skills, training and experience. Most importantly, our chefs are user rated to give our network of customers confidence that they are booking the chef that’s right for them. Our platform automates the booking process and gives full transparency on costs at the time of booking. Recruitment Sales Consultant £24-25,000 per annum Role of the job: * Exceeding your targeted sales volumes and assisting other staff in achieving their targets * Managing your own diary to maximise sales opportunities * Having a thorough understanding of our ‘Unique Selling Points’ and ensuring we continue to achieve and promote them * Using our ‘USP’s” to establish the business in your prescribed geographical area * Co-ordinating sales calls and sales events * Attending client meetings and completing without support * Having detailed knowledge of the functions and working of the Book A Chef platform/website * To maximise sales opportunities with existing clients of the business * Delivering company presentations with confidence and minimal support * Attending networking evens and functions to build the company profile and seek sales opportunities * Ensuring that client credit limits are set up within agreed parameters * Communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form) – starting initial recruitment conversations with candidates * Answering incoming calls and directing the call to the relevant person * Reporting on set KPI performance and understanding trends * Dealing with queries from candidates and clients as they arise – and becoming a go to figure within the office * A comprehensive understanding of the Agency Workers Regulations and the Code of Conduct * A comprehensive understanding of Right to Work legislation * Assisting with staff development * Having an awareness of indirect costs associated to sales * Using Tracker RMS to maximise candidate generation, recruitment and sales activity * Being a key stakeholder in the day to day running of the business What we are looking for: * Previous experience in a recruitment sales role/Previous excellent sales experience * A high standard of written and oral English * Excellent organisation skills – the ability to diarise and prioritise * A full UK driving license What we can offer you: * Start time 08:00am – 5:30pm, (42.5 hours per week).
