An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our experienced recruitment team at our rapidly expanding branch situated in Rugby town centre. Due to unprecedented growth we are looking to recruit an experienced 180 recruitment consultant / account controller. You will be primarily responsible for the smooth running, growth and control of a number of accounts within an industrial recruitment market. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service at all levels and deliver a second to none recruitment service to clients. You will be responsible for candidate interest generation through the use of various social media and job advertising websites, liaising with both candidates and clients on a daily basis, receiving and completing customer staffing requirements to the highest levels. Candidates should have relevant 180 recruitment experience and be confident in client account control
