We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in our offices based in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious individual to help shape the future of our company and earn well along the way. It is a Permanent position with an immediate start available, an attractive salary package and an existing portfolio of clients already in place for you to call on. We are ideally looking for candidates with Healthcare recruitment experience but will definitely speak with applicants who have experience in other sectors. As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for: Business Development – developing existing clients and identifying new clients Client visits across Swindon, Marlborough, Wotton Bassett, Warminster, Trowbridge, Devizes, Bradford upon Avon, Salisbury and surrounding areas Sourcing quality candidates, conducting Interviews and developing a good relationship with them Manage KPI’s and ensure compliance with the recruitment process and applicable regulation We offer a competitive salary, great career prospects and will provide you with the tools, knowledge and training to support you in achieving success.
