Education Recruitment Consultant Start date: Immediately The Education Specialists are a leading education consultancy operating from offices across the North West of the UK. As part of our continued growth we are searching for an ambitious, determined individual to join our established team based in our head office in Knowlsey, Liverpool. This is a unique opportunity to work within an established team and a company with an excellent reputation within the areas it operates. We are seeking an education recruitment consultant to manage an established client base and expand on our success. As an education recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for working with established and new clients responding to their needs and ensuring that TES meets those requirements. This role involves identifying potential new clients and business opportunities within the areas you are responsible for. We are seeking an individual who has experience in dealing professionally and efficiently with clients and is able to effectively respond to both the needs of clients and supply staff. This role would ideally suit an individual who has a background working in recruitment, account management or a sales environment. Knowledge of working with education clients would be advantageous but is not essential. Responsibilities • Building positive, trusting relationships with clients. • Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities. • Using initiative to develop further business within client schools. • Communicating with clients and supply staff providing a high standard of service at all times. • Attending meetings with new and existing clients. • Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their needs. • Maintaining a good understand of the supply team and their capabilities. • Advertising for roles using a range of media • Managing interviews. • Completing clearance/vetting procedures in line with REC guidelines. • Liaising with other organisations as required. • Creating accurate invoices.
