Due to significant and sustained levels of growth we are now able to offer a fantastic opportunity to a highly capable individual to join us as a specialist accountancy and finance recruitment consultant based from our brand new centrally located Milton Keynes offices. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting into the highly experienced and successful business manager your pivotal role will focus on the full accountancy and finance vertical and cover a large geographic remit to include large parts of Bucks and Beds as well as the whole of Oxfordshire. As a 360? recruitment consultant you will receive continuous and comprehensive finance specific recruitment training and have access to industry leading tools to ensure you are able to source and attract the very best candidates and clients. We very much believe in working SMART and not hard so our KPIs are focussed on proven techniques that maximise the potential for success. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for individuals with proven successes in sales environments (not necessarily recruitment) requiring a proactive customer/client approach where the sale is made as a direct result of your actions. As you will be engaging with candidates and clients in the field it is imperative that you possess a driving licence drive and have access to a vehicle to use daily. In addition to your learned skills and experience we are as equally interested in your personal skill set and so if you are ambitious, creative, motivated, resilient and personable then we are keen to hear from you! ABOUT THE OFFER: As well as above industry average basic salaries with additional salary incentive triggers offered on top you will be eligible for our highly attractive bonus scheme where commission starts at £0 once the very reasonable monthly threshold has been realised.
