Job Description

Frontline recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join their Derby office. We are looking for a driven dynamic individual with proven sales ability to introduce and sell recruitment services. You will have responsibility for contributing to our expanding client base , placing emphasis on building long term business relationships. Duties & Responsibilities • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from clients /prospects • Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated • Building relationships with clients • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment • Offer a supreme service to clients by sourcing relevant clients, matching the needs of your clients to the candidates you have available • Liaise with clients’ in order to update with them on jobs you are working on for them, to check-in new starters, to win new business from clients and to see how new starters are getting on thus ensuring consistent satisfaction thus generating a good rapport. • Control administration, in particular the update of both candidate & client records, job details and references, whilst complying with Frontline and legal standards • Advertise for candidates in such a manner that will generate the most efficient response through all available media whilst complying to Frontline and legal requirements • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes • Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work • Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of their interviews • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; What we offer… £20,000- £30,000 basic An excellent UNCAPPED/ No threshold bonus scheme, thought to be one of the best schemes in the market place - Car allowance - Latest pc, tablet and smartphone technology - New market leading CRM systems - Full training and support both internal and external - Up to 33 days paid holiday plan - Private medical insurance - Health care policy - Cash – back plan with simply health - Birthday Please feel free to send me your cv or call Emma on (Apply online only)
