using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies. • working towards targets that may relate to the number of temps out, margin billed or sales activity and service targets • building relationships with clients; • developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; • reviewing service level commitments with clients on a regular (as agreed) basis and ensuring that relevant KPI’s are delivered where required; • advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines, window displays, jobcentres, job fairs; • using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers; • using candidate databases to find the right workers for the clients specification; • conducting interviews, inductions and ensuring that all workers are fully briefed regarding role, responsibilities, Health and safety requirements and any other relevant information before attending client sites; • Ensuring that company compliance standards and legal compliance standards are adhered to in the process of supplying workers to clients; • Ensuring that the gap personnel brand is always represented to both workers and clients in an positive manner • negotiating pay and charge rates for new clients and for existing, in line with any legislative changes and ensuring that all agreements are documented • Ensuring that administrative processes with clients work thereby ensuring that workers are paid in an accurate and timely manner • offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; • Ensure operational compliance with all Company policies, procedures & current legislation Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) * These will be set by the Branch Manager monthly. KPI’s will be reviewed informally on a weekly basis and formally on a monthly basis.
