247 Professional Health are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Director. We specialise in the recruitment of nurses, healthcare assistants, adult and child support workers in both temporary and permanent placements. Our client base consists of mainly of private clients like residential homes, care homes, nursing homes, private mental health hospitals, SEN schools, children’s residential services and learning disability services. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for servicing existing clients and business development. Working with existing clients to maximise potential business and identifying new clients to generate by making calls and arranging client meeting. You will be expected to do a variety of duties in the office but the main one resourcing candidates from various job boards, social media and careers fairs and then conducting interviews across Islington and surrounding areas. The salary is £19,000 to £22,000 (depending on experience) plus commission. You will be provided with a company laptop, mobile phone and mileage paid for travel whilst working. What you'll be doing: ·Creating relationships with existing clients ·Generating business with sales phone calls to potential clients ·Arranging meeting with potential clients and conducting those meetings ·Creating adverts and posting adverts across different job boards ·CV Searching - Sourcing for potential candidates ·Having the confidence to pass and fail candidates at telephone interview stage ·Being able to recognise suitable candidates for the relevant positions ·Booking candidates in for face to face interviews ·Face to face Interviewing candidates ·Having a keen eye and the organisation to scan the relevant documents for applicants to You'll need to be highly organised, quick to learn new processes and able to multi-task due to the varied and fast-paced nature of this desk.
