Freelance Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction – Birmingham – £45k OTE O’Neill & Brennan is one of the leading construction recruitment agencies in the market. Responsibilities: Business Development Maintain and grow relationships with current clients Maintain an in-depth understanding of client’s business and requirements Source the best candidates across the market Cross selling of our blue collar business Interviewing & referencing candidates Complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring 100% compliance About You: Proven biller in a similar market (construction desirable) Motivated and self-starter Ability to organise own calendar as role offers autonomy Excellent communication skills Confident selling to site and in board rooms Driving license In return for your skills you will receive a competitive salary, commission scheme, benefits and outstanding opportunities for progression
