The role We are looking for a trainee or graduate Recruitment Consultant where the work focusses on building relationships with high quality companies and candidates, predominantly on the telephone. You will be matching candidates to our clients' requirements and arranging interviews for professional white collar engineering designers and business support vacancies. About you You will be a recent graduate from any university degree course or an ambitious A level college leaver who has decided to go straight into a business career. You will be a high-achieving individual with a competitive mindset and will be looking for a rewarding job that provides excellent opportunities for career progression. You will also be determined, passionate, money-motivated and driven.
