Rullion Build are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant looking to work in their Construction Trades team. Role specific training will be provided for applicants who haven't worked in the Construction sector. Alternatively you may already be an experienced recruiter within Construction. You will be a good 'people person' with a sales ethos and already established industry contracts an advantage. You will be coming onto a well established desk with Rullion having been in operation for 20 years. Regional and National PSL's are already in place along with an extensive database of available candidates. Applicants can expect a basic salary of between £20,000 - £25,000 negotiable depending upon experience as well as un-cappped commission structure. The ability to drive is essential.
