We are keen to offer you an opportunity that is “Hot off the press”. Permanent full time role based in the heart of Yeovil in a very well established agency. With offices in Shepton Mallet, Yeovil and Bridgwater, Red Berry are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to run all temporary vacancies in their Yeovil Branch. Offering a great basic Salary of £18,000- £21,000 (depending on experience), plus a pension and private healthcare plus uncapped commission, this role is fast paced in a buzzing working environment as part of a friendly team that has very strong core values. Duties and Responsibilities to include • Work to set targets reviewed weekly/monthly. • Plan sales calls/visits daily/weekly, contacting existing clients and canvassing new business. • Territory Mapping local area to offer Red Berry services and gain potential new clients • Regularly review market position via competitors. • Information gathering. • Meet and greet candidates and clients with polite and professional manner, both over the phone and face to face • To increase business levels by identifying networking, Public Relations, Marketing and profile raising opportunities across branch divisions and departments. • To be involved in all promotional activities, generation of candidates and forward planning to continue a supply of suitable candidates in line with seasonal trends and increased business opportunities. • Help plan branch recruitment fairs, Job Centre attendance, leaflet and poster campaigns advertising response and other local and community based opportunities to raise the Red Berry Recruitment Ltd profile with candidates and potential clients • Make sure candidates are referenced and all ID and paperwork/Database is up to date prior to commencing employment. • Liaise on a regular basis with employers on current and forthcoming vacancies. • Visit all clients on a regular basis and update company files with P.R. notes and history. • Interview candidates, and record assessment notes. • Liaising with employers, prepare Job Descriptions/Profile, advising where required. • Follow up and review all permanent placements on a weekly, monthly and three month basis.
