£17.500 Salary Depending on Experience + uncapped commission with potential minimum earnings of £26.000 on your first year. Are you ambitious and enthusiastic? Do you want to make lots of money? Are you a lively, outgoing character who can talk to anyone?Yes? Then you should start your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with ITS. We offer a competitive basic salary, excellent training & support and uncapped commission. You will receive ongoing training and you will be responsible for your own desk; winning clients, sourcing candidates and managing the people you have out working. To do this you will divide your time between the office and forging relationships on client visits. As this is a Trainee Recruitment Consultant position, we are not necessarily looking for someone with recruitment experience. If you have spent time in a sales environment this would be preferable but we are more interested in your skills and aptitude. You must be tenacious, resilient and competitive.Working alongside experienced consultants, you will have a wealth of knowledge and support available to you. On top of a strong starting salary, there is a fantastic commission structure in place, regular performance & pay reviews, incentives - including trips abroad and plenty of opportunity to progress and advance within the company.
