Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team in Oxted Surrey on a full time, permanent basis. The Recruitment Consultant must have experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a fast paced environment which some knowledge of the care industry and must live local. The Recruitment consultant will be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to permanent positions with our clients. You must also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels and career opportunities. This role is ideal for a Recruitment Consultant who is looking to continue using their recruitment knowledge and is able to manage a busy and varied workload. The Recruitment Consultant must be able to manage and prioritise their time effectively and demonstrate excellent spoken and written communication skills. The Recruitment Consultant salary is £25,000 - £35,000 OTE including commission earned. The Recruitment Consultant must have: • High degree of attention to detail • Previous experience as Recruitment Consultant • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality You will be using our systems that we have and you will be liaising with our administrator in order to get candidates started in their new roles as soon as possible.
