We are one of the region's top performing agencies with offices located in Birmingham, Derby and Leeds. As part of our growth target, we are now recruiting a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding and ambitious team in the East Midlands office. About you: A sales background would be beneficial however commercial awareness is essential. You must be able to see an opportunity and grab it, to look for an opportunity in every encounter. You'll be smart with a huge drive to win and win big. We will support you with an excellent training programme, however your individual success will be down to your personal initiative and ambition. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has demonstrated relentless energy and ambition in a previous role or situation. You will be creative, open to new ideas and strategies whilst having the ability to think for yourself and plan the best use of your time. You will be a self-motivated, driven individual with a desire to earn recognition both professionally and financially and will work hard to achieve your goals. You will need an enquiring mind and be a solution driven individual. You will be flexible, resilient and prepared to go that extra mile to ensure success. You will possess a natural flair for relationship building and have first class communication skills when dealing with colleagues and clients of all levels.
