Our senior recruitment staff all have over 15 years recruitment experience and are able to provide expert support and guidance in a range of areas. CDS Recruitment source permanent and contract staff across a number of Technical, Engineering, Scientific and Commercial disciplines within Engineering, Manufacturing, Science and Technology companies. CDS Recruitment are currently looking to recruit successful consultants to our team who can deliver a full 360 recruitment service. We are looking for applications from candidates with a track record in fee earning recruitment. The role on a day to day basis will include: Relationship building through new business development, cold calling and account management. You will be tasked with building a detailed knowledge of our clients culture by visiting clients, gaining rapport, building trust and credibility, negotiating fees for the recruitment service, as well as gaining a good understanding of a particular vacancy. You will write and place adverts in order to attract applicants of the right calibre, assess and select an appropriate shortlist of candidates from the applications to promote to the client and manage the interview and offer processes ensuring that candidates are fully briefed for each job with copies of job descriptions, financial details and performance expectations of the client to ensure a successful placement. You will be required to build a pipeline of candidates for temporary and permanent positions, by following a rigorous selection and interview processes You will be required to develop candidate selection skills that match the requirements of our clients. As members of NOF and NEPIC you will have the opportunity to attend business networking, industry events and exhibitions providing opportunities to meet clients and candidates that are crucial for the success of the business. You will also utilise advertising channels, online databases and social media to attract clients and candidates. You will be expected to build a pipeline of temporary and permanent revenue. Provision of advice to both clients and candidates about pay rates, training and career progression in their sector. Ultimately your role be to connect our clients with the people that are best suited to enhance their business and reflect well upon our service provision.
