An opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant has arisen in EC4 for a business start-up specialising in recruitment within the health sector, with exciting growth prospects based on the business owners previous track record and the systems in place to carry the business forward. Package for the position of Recruitment Consultant The role offers a basic salary of between £25k to £30k d.o.e. and a commission structure of 20% once target hit; OTE min £40k plus, uncapped Flexible working: core office 10.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday Responsibilities for the position of Recruitment Consultant: * Using the company’s extensive CRM systems to gain new vacancies and new business opportunities. * Using the companies CRM system to source, contact and review suitable candidates for potential new roles. * Arranging interviews and following both clients and candidates through the process until successful offer and acceptance. * Using the companies CRM system throughout the process to continuously update and improve the data. * All other administrative duties involved in the process including using quieter times to develop new business opportunities. Skills and Experience required for the position of Recruitment Consultant: * Strong people and communications skills * Previous recruitment experience * Very comfortable and confident in using both Microsoft Office products and bespoke CRM systems * Attention to detail is paramount * Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team * Self motivated and keen to progress a career within the recruitment sector For further information on this exciting opportunity, please forward a copy of your CV in the first instance
