We are currently offering trainee consultants the opportunity to join our latest development programme which will be starting very soon. Although desirable, no recruitment or sales experience is required for this role! This unique in-house training and development programme requires candidates to meet our company values due to the fast paced, competitive and challenging nature of the specialist recruitment industry. Highly ambitious and motivated individuals with evidence of hard work and the determination to succeed, will be given expert training from our experienced Business Directors to develop the skills and knowledge to be a successful specialist recruiter. After your salaried training, we expect you to be making over £30k in year 1, £50k+ in year 2 and £80-100k+ from year 3 onwards. There are career opportunities for you to step up into management within 3 years, and hit director level within 5! We are keen to meet people with entrepreneurial spirit and good business/sales acumen. Once proven in your specialist area, there will be opportunities for you to grow your own team, build a new division or even set up your own office in another region!
