Recruitment Consultant Due to continued business growth Wagstaff Recruitment are seeking to appoint an additional Recruitment Consultant. We are not seeking previous recruitment experience, most of our recruiters did not have previous recruitment experience, but our successful recruiters came to us with proven sales and business development skills. Our recruiters also have a sincere and genuine approach to delivery results in a people orientated / service-based business. Skills needed to be a great recruiter at Wagstaff: Be comfortable with accountability, generating new business within a service-based industry. Have tenacity, to go after those difficult deals and develop great business relationships. Be genuinely interested in business. Organised, you will need to have great time management. You will find you will be spinning plates, working on multiple projects whilst working at pace. Have the desire to do a great job. Build a reputation as being a great recruiter who listens to individuals and builds trusted relationships. The biggest challenge…… If you already are in a sales role you may be used to selling a product or a service. Once the sale achieved you then have a product or service to deliver, with recruitment you will make the sale / agree the recruitment project but then must go out and find the ideal person. This is where the skills of tenacity, multi-tasking and great communication come in.
