Recruitment Consultant Start People Limited. (url removed) Basic salary from £20k to £25k per annum, OTE up to £40k. 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays, rising to 26 days + Bank holidays. THE ROLE You will work with businesses throughout the Industrial sector, identifying their recruitment needs, developing solutions and matching candidates successfully to their vacancies. This will require determination, skill and innovation in a fiercely competitive marketplace. You will work with the telephone and face to face but you will also be expected to use all forms of social media in order to beat the competition and achieve your targets.
