The role is for a confident, experienced Recruitment Consultant who believes they have the drive to make the role their own, with high earning potentials. The position is a great opportunity to join an established team. You will be provided an existing “warm desk”, with the support of our brand and team. In return we will offer a starting Salary of £16k + commission and 20 day holiday + 8 days bank hols. For the right candidate that is excelling within the role we will review the salary after probationary period. The Candidate: The ideal Recruiter will be a target driven individual with 1 years’ experience in the recruitment sector (ideally IT but not necessary), that is really looking for the next career step in recruitment to manage their own desk and earn great commission. If you are money motivated and can self-manage, then this could be the perfect role for you. Your hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6pm and on Wednesday 10am to 7.30pm. We will provide you with all your tools to assist in your daily duties and to fulfil your role. This includes, a full desktop PC, work email, phone system, latest CRM recruitment database assigned to you. Along with access to top job boards and networking platforms.
