Position: Recruitment Consultant Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £20k+ plus uncapped commission & many incentives Kinect is a small, fun, multimillion £ turnover recruitment consultancy based just outside of Milton Keynes in a rural office surrounded by acres of land. We are not your typical ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ type of Recruitment Company! We are a specialist IT consultancy, and have achieved tier 1 supply status some of the largest engineering consultancies in the UK (Amongst a large number of other companies across the country). We are focused on customer service and our clients return to us repeatedly because of our friendly flexible approach to business. You will ideally come from a proven 180/ 360 recruitment background, however we are happy to consider candidates from a telephone sales background looking to move in to the industry. We are looking for people who are driven by success and able to reflect our core values. We are looking for candidates that are looking to grow with us long term and help build upon our already successful specialist company.
