Our Dorchester branch are an expanding team who pride themselves on selecting the best personnel to provide a quality and customer focused service to everyone they interact with – treating work seekers in an understanding and effective manner, and delivering exceptional customer care to their clients. What is the job role? You will be constantly talking to people either on the phone or face to face! Whether it’s new candidates looking for employment or Clients looking for new Candidates. You will be fulfilling high levels of demand and seeking new business opportunities. You will have strong customer service skills, as you will be expected to maintain and develop new and existing relationships with both Clients and Candidates. Excellent communication skills are essential! As well as the ability to interact with a variety of people, from a variety of backgrounds. Creative writing skills, to write engaging and persuasive content for advertising, as well as presentations to clients. You will be Sales Driven, have a Competitive streak, and be able to work to targets. IT Proficiency, all applicants must have basic IT skills and be able to record daily activities using MS word applications and CRM system. Tenacity - As things don’t always go to plan! You must be able to grit your teeth and continue to inform companies about your talented candidates. Likeability – you need to be someone who gets along with others well and can convince people that you will do a good job for them, whether they are clients or candidates. You will be actively encouraged to have meetings with Clients and strive to work closely with them to bring on new roles and fulfil demand, but also support Candidates to find them there next role. You will be joining a successful team and will have your own area and be responsible for creating and building your own business.
