Job Description

Our client is a Grade 1 National Training provider who is looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join their apprenticeships team. Location: Covering West Norfolk, Bury St Edmuunds areas Salary: Up to £26k basic with generous uncapped commission structure and mileage paid As an Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for securing Apprenticeship vacancies with employers across the Norfolk/Suffolk region. You will be responsible for recruiting young people for these vacancies from the National Apprenticeship Service vacancy website and the company's Study Programme and Traineeship provision. The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales, employer engagement and ideally have a good understanding of the education system and apprenticeships sector. You will have excellent networking and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
