Graduate Recruitment Consultant £22000 - £25000 (flex) Basic Plus Uncapped Commission Benefits (free gym/Private Healthcare) Parking on site (first 6 months based in Aylesbury -fuel expenses will be reimbursed & then our Coventry office from Dec 2019) Orion Electrotech is a successful and award-winning specialist engineering recruitment consultancy with over 22 years' experience. Due to high demand for our recruitment services from our clients in the Midlands and as part of our expansion plans, we are currently looking for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is driven and has strong sales ability to join our successful Manufacturing team. As a new Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our Graduate Training Academy, where we will mentor and coach you from day one of your career. You will receive full training on how to find the perfect candidate for your position and learn about the whole life cycle of recruitment. Our recruitment training is bespoke, and we have a dedicated in-house trainer who will be on hand to support you throughout your career as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Orion. Our office is based in Aylesbury with free onsite parking. You will then relocate to our new office in the Midlands by the end of December 2019.
