Job Description

Intro Recruitment has been established for over 37 years right here in Wigan and are currently on the lookout for a Perms Recruitment Consultant due to massive expansion plans for the year ahead. As a Recruitment consultant working within the perms market you will be taking thorough job descriptions, going out to visit clients as well as making development calls to clients based on leads sourced from candidates that you are interviewing. We have an order book full of vacancies and are looking for people to join us who are keen to develop a career for themselves and to decide their own income. If you have previously worked in a Telesales or Business Development role, we are keen to hear from you as the majority of the role will involve speaking to clients and interviewing candidates and therefore tme on the phone is a very important KPI for us. We offer great career prospects as well as the opportunity to build a career with full training. We are also interested in experienced consultants who have worked in the industry before such as Recruitment Administrators or Resourcers.
