The Role Providing a high quality, consultative and tailored recruitment service, you will be required to manage your own desk within our sales, marketing and IT divisions, delivering revenue in line with company targets. Key Accountability: * Achievement of personal revenue and performance related KPI's * Generate and fill job vacancies through effective promotion of candidates. * Attend both new and existing client meetings to secure business. * Promote vacancy opportunities through adverts and social media channels. * Source, interview and register both active and passive candidates in order build a network and pool of high calibre candidates. * Establish strong trusted and honest relationships with clients and candidates. Ensure regular effective communication is maintained in line with the company charters. * Take full ownership and responsibility for the recruitment process of your vacancies ensuring a customer focused, best practice approach is adopted at all times. * Provide ongoing aftercare to clients, thereby generating repeat business opportunities through attending follow-up meetings. * Attend any relevant company or industry related events in order to promote the company, develop business opportunities or your knowledge. * Demonstrate and maintain sound understanding of the sector, market, industry and clients. * Liaise and negotiate terms with any key suppliers were applicable to ensure best value is achieved. * To carry out any additional duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of your division and/or the company
