We are representing a rapidly growing firm based in Nottingham who are looking to grow in 2 of their specialist areas. They are seeking a diligent sales professional or a candidate with some recruitment experience to really enhance the skills in their team. The role will be based on a desk in a specialist area across the UK. The basic salary for the role will be between c£18,000 - £24,000, dependent on experience; with an attractive uncapped commission structure giving a very realistic O.T.E of c£40,000+. Duties include: * Vetting and interviewing potential candidates * New business development * Arranging and attending meetings with clients * Working to targets * Build strong working relationships with clients and candidates Skills/experience required: * Previous sales experience * Previous experience in recruitment advantageous * Ability to surpass targets * Driving licence essential If you know you have the required skills and experience and would like to find out more please apply now.
