Due to our continued success we are currently expanding our Health and Social care temporary staffing division and looking for talented recruiters to join our team. The duties and responsibilities of the role: • Identify and develop new business relationships • Generate your own leads through market research and cold calling • Source and attract passive/active candidates for temp-perm roles • Manage the 360 recruitment process • Multi-task whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail . Increase business volume with existing clients .
