SRS Care Solutions are pursuing the ideal candidate to fill our Recruitment Consultant position that we have based in the Aberdeen City Centre, recruiting care workers within the city and shire to provide our clients with homecare support. Experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential for this role as the successful candidate will be trained on our recruitment process. However, we are looking for someone who can effectively organise and maintain own workload and work as part of a team. The candidate will be expected to implement, maintain our recording and reporting systems whilst also having to prepare reports as and when required. Lastly they will have a positive attitude towards recruitment and be actively looking further into more avenues to attract new staff. Some duties include: * Pre-screen potential candidates * Conduct interviews * Complete application packs chasing references and sending PVG's * Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout process * Booking staff onto training courses * Attending job fairs * Complete and update reports * Travel out with base to conduct interviews * Any other administrative function which is required by the service/registered manager to keep the recruitment at the forefront of the needs of the business This is a full time position with a negotiable salary for the right candidate.
