The Recruitment Link is an independent Recruitment business, offering tailor made solutions for a wide range of companies across Staffordshire, Cheshire, the Midlands and Northwest. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-orientated team player; able to build strong relationships and eager to provide a quality of service which is second to none. Purpose and Objectives of role: * To provide a recruitment service for permanent and temporary staff * Liaising with clients for Permanent/Temporary Vacancies. * To expand the Company Client base by bringing on new business in addition to providing a service to our existing clients * To maintain and promote the reputation and image of the Company. * To work in accordance with the Company Policies, Rules & Procedures and in line with REC Code of Practice. Duties: * Greeting candidates and conducting interviews with applicants, * Sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies, submitting CVs for consideration * Conducting Telesales calls to prospective clients * Developing business, both prospective and existing, by telephone and in person by conducting Client Visits. * Making speculative calls to existing and potential customers with details of candidates after interviewing and reference checking. * Offering candidates to clients within agreed pricing structures and agreements. * Ensuring that all documentation has been correctly completed in line with Company Processes and procedures * Ensure all necessary criteria to work in the United Kingdom have been met and relevant documentation obtained in line with current policy & Government legislation. Person specification: * A sales driven person with proven telesales or face to face experience ideally with a previous recruitment background * Able to work in a fast paced environment * Able to adapt to change to meet the business needs * A tenacious personality wanting to achieve and exceed targets * Meticulous manner to follow set procedures accurately and efficiently * A team player to work to the good of the business * A customer focused person, able to build long term relationships with clients and candidates * Strong written and oral skills * Own Transport Preferred Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday consideration would also be given to working 3/4days per week.
