Recruitment Consultant Sutton Competitive Salary + Excellent Bonus Structure We are looking to appoint al Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and expanding Commercial desk. You will need to be self-motivated and an excellent team player and used to working in a fast paced environment. The key functions of a Recruitment Consultant are to develop new clients and maintain business relationships. A significant aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive market place and proven ability of growing a desk. You should also have first class communication skills, able to build a great working rapport with both clients and candidates alike. The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve all aspects of the recruitment process including: * Relationship building with new and existing clients * Resourcing- via CV databases, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media * Arranging interviews- briefing candidates and providing all necessary information * Attending Client visits * Negotiation of rates and terms of business * Consistent achievement of targets Applicants must have: * At least one year's Recruitment experience * Ability to achieve targets and deadlines * High level of professionalism * Excellent communication skills * Able to multi-task within a fast paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience and the success of our current team to develop the business further.
