PropRec are a specialist property recruitment company in the heart of Sutton Coldfield. We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our busy and expanding commercial desk. A significant aspect of the role will be your drive to succeed and to provide 5* customer service. You will be ambitious with passion, credibility and drive. What’s in it for you? What will you be doing? This will be a full 360 recruitment role. You will handle the recruitment process from start to finish. Resource and interview candidates Lead generation Maintain and develop client relationships Attending client visits Increase the profitability of the desk What experience will you have? A minimum of 1 years’ experience within the recruitment industry Experience within the commercial sector is desirable but not essential First class communication skills, able to build rapport with both clients and candidates Able to achieve targets and deadlines You will have a passion for new business This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our growing and dynamic team.
