Job Description

Due to continued growth ARC are seeking to appoint a full time recruitment consultant who is ready to define their career working as a sales consultant in our Ipswich office within a highly driven and successful team recruiting labour and trades candidates in the Construction sector. Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage however a person with a strong sales background is preferred, full training will be given.  To encourage your progression into becoming a successful recruitment consultant we are prepared to invest in you with training and development at every stage in order for you to achieve your full potential. The role involves sales to both new and existing clients, face to face visits with potential clients, recruiting candidates and the ability to react to different situations on a daily basis. Due to the nature of the role we are seeking people with either previous recruitment experience or experience of business to business sales via the telephone or face to face. A background in Estate Agency or lettings negotiation may also suit this role.  The successful candidate will need: *  Excellent Communication Skills *  Be able to think on their feet *  Go that extra mile for our clients *  Self motivation *  Desire to succeed *  Self Confidence In return for your hard work we offer an excellent remuneration package comprising a basic salary plus commission and pension after qualifying period as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
