Job Description

Major Healthcare opened it's office in the South just 19 weeks ago and in that time we have amassed a huge job book. So much so we are now looking to bring on board an additional member of staff. From our Bristol office we cover the South of England and find staff for businesses (services) within the health and social care sector. Due to the high demand for all types of care staff in general, we have gone from strength to strength and have a steady pipeline of clients that we work for. We are looking for someone with sales experience preferably in recruitment to work alongside 2 other consultants with over 25 years recruitment experience between them. You will be handed some existing clients to work with as well as asked to bring on more of your own through telephone sales and client visits. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of purpose, who has a concern for high levels of customer service/care and who is target driven. Ideally you will have a proven track record of success and be able to evidence this. In return, you will receive daily support and guidance to empower you to be the very best you can in recruitment sales. People without recruitment sales experience will receive full in-depth training from a Manager with over 15-years experience who has trained numerous consultants who have gone on to be consistent top performers and managers. No two days are the same in recruitment sales and the industry as a whole attracts people who like to carve out their own success, have the freedom to put their own personal stamp on things and lets be honest, make money. This job enables you to build strong working relationships with clients on an on-going basis and be a valued solution to their recruitment needs. It involves Account Management as well as Sales and Resourcing so is what we call in recruitment, a full 360 position. This is a Bristol based, full-time post from Monday to Friday and you need to be a driver. The remuneration includes a healthy basic salary and attractive performance related bonus structure paid monthly. Interested?
