Internal Recruitment Consultant – Technical. No Agencies please. Job Description * We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support the development of our new business venture. This is a truly rewarding position where you will be able to demonstrate your skills to obtain recognition and progress in your career development. * Our Internal Technical Recruiter will be tasked with developing growth across our Engineering and Product Development functions. Focussed on creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience, you will create and manage the hiring strategy across various technical priorities. We operate in a highly competitive candidate driven market and so we are constantly seeking to develop innovative approaches to engage with the talent-pool * You will be working with our Director of Engineering and Account Management teams both here the UK and Spain to further build our internal technical recruiting function as a member of our global Specialist & Technical Recruiting Team. Key Responsibilities Include: * Talent attraction, to manage all external vacancies utilising a variety of recruitment platforms, networking and branding opportunities to successfully attract and engage unique talent. * Screen all candidate applications, schedule and coordinate registration interviews, organising technical follow-up interviews, providing relevant feedback. * Develop an innovative pipeline to attract and engage both passive and hidden talent. * Organise and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events. * Database maintenance ensuring all actions and events have an audit trail. * Provide administrative support as needed, working in accordance with UK laws and legislation, i.e. GDPR Qualifications: * 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally Technical or similar * Strong oral and written communication skills * An attention to detail * Strong organisational and interpersonal skills * Interviewing skills * Results focused * Self-motivated and committed ABOUT US We are part of a Global Engineering Design and Recruitment Consultancy with over 500 employees worldwide that provides specialised recruitment of engineers and technical professionals for a wide range of sectors that includes among others automotive, aerospace, packaging and life sciences
